Returns and Refunds

If there is a problem with your order please contact us with as much information as possible and your order number. If you simply wish to cancel you can return your order to us within 14 days of receipt of the order.

To help avoid confusion we require direct contact before a return is authorised.

When you have received return authorisation please include the order number and the reason for return with the items to speed up the refund process.

If you are returning your order due to an error on our part or a fault we will reimburse standard return shipping costs. We might on some occasions request pictures to help us process the return our end.

If you return a book to us because you ordered it by mistake or you no longer need it, we will not be able to pay for the return postage. We will not reimburse return shipping for defects already indicated in the book's description.

All orders must be returned to us in the condition you received them.

If for any reason your order is returned to us by the carrier due to a delivery problem we will notify you by email immediately.
